good lord... he's having a horrible season and made some really bad decisions, but only the Cardinals would be dumb enough to fire their coach who just brought them their first and only division titles in AZ history after one season. If we look like this next year, absolutely, you can his ass IMMEDIATELY once the season is done, but now? That's beyond ********.

He simply does not know how to call an offensive game. It is like he is in a stupor on the sidelines and looks beat up in his interviews and in the media. He is in over his head and has no backup in Warner or Haley to fix his mistakes. He sucks and we go no where with him as Headcoach. They have won despite his crap playcalling and talent evaluation non skills. To use your words....GOOD LORD...we are in the worst division in the NFL and we are the worst team in it. WE SUCK DUDE.

I am not on the fire Ken bandwagon either, but some sort of example needs to be made after this performance. Replace the o coordinator (who I know is Ken) and have someone else call plays. Fire Billy Davis. Bench Adrian Wilson. Something.

Right now, we are the worst team in the NFL despite a solid group of talent. The problem comes from having little established success at the coordinator positions, and undefined philosophies of what we want to be as a team.

You can't go back to basics when you don't know what they are, and that is where we find ourselves as a team. We haven't committed to the run to be a running team. We haven't committed to a QB to be a passing team. We run a hybrid 3-4 scheme which is to say that we aren't a 3-4 defense. We don't play either man or zone coverage well, and we have an elementary blitz scheme. We are awful.

i know we suck. really successful coaches get one season where they look clueless (and make no mistake i DO believe Wiz has looked clueless this year). if they have two, that's when you make a change. doing it now and we'd look like a laughingstock... for good reason.

If Whiz balks at getting a good / great QB in the draft, he needs to be fired immediately. End of sentence, end of story.

The idea of giving Whiz his contract extension was that we would have some stability for a few years. The one thing I don't know is what discussions were taking place between Whiz and the FO. It could very well be that the FO resisted all attempts to bring in a starting QB in order to have Leinart play. And after the cut, well, that was it. It could be Whiz is up in Graves and Bidwill offices every damn day screaming I Told You So, and that some good may come from this season.

But I highly doubt it. Kenny has made too many playcalling mistakes for that to be happening, I think. The darksider part of me says Green brought in some talent and was lucky, Whiz rode the talent and put together a SB run, and now we're losing talent and not making it up in the draft.

Typical, blame it on Warner instead of who deserves the castration. Leinart gets us the division on game management alone. We would not have as dynamic an offense as we would with Warner but his retirement didn't cost us the season. Whis' chemistry experiments did and you know it. You simply do not blow things up that close to the beggining of the season like Whis did. Warner didn't do that . WHIS DID!

Pretty much sums up what has occured and will only go down from here because Graves and Whis are only marginal on talent evaluation and aren't going to break the bank ,ala the Rams for Bradford, on a top Qb in the Draft. Get these guys out of here and lets build this thing the right way. Not on Smoke and mirrors as Whis and Graves have done.

He has shown himself to be an egotistical jackwagon with them and not getting a new coordinator after Haley. Warner made him look competent. He is not and never has been IMO. I see he could have been hamstringed with the front office on players. That is possible. He however needed this season to get competent Coordinators and he didn't because he thinks he can do it himself. He can't. I think we need someone fresh that can get this defense going and is in tune with the talent we have. Run the damn ball and build around the lines and that talent. He has not showed an inclination for doing that. He just lets some has been HOF in Grimm and never was in Davis mess the lines about with no direction except getting our asses beat week in and week out. Some leader we got there.

he took basically an entire team (the entire nucleus of the Denny team that was a laughinstock) and in two years took them to a Super Bowl and another division title. If that's not leadership, I don't know what is.

Shane...He never adjusts, he cant adjust...His play calling would piss off a nun. He takes no responsibility after the games...and he has no clue. Why is Bill Davis still here? Why are we passing 3 yard passes with a guy who has a cannon...why do we runn dive plays on 3rd and 5....why do we not blitz more and why do we let ADUB play pass defense for 8 straight weeks..when the other 7 weeks he has been burnt everytime. WHiz is horrible.... When there is Gruden, Cowher out there waiting to coach again...we cant let other teams grab them.
