wym he's a great teammate. He just needs to create more and shoot less, which is playing within the flow of the game instead of forcing up shots.

It's sad. The (old) Bullets were one of the marquee franchises when I first started following the league as a kid. Now it's going on almost 50 years of them being a punchline.

As a sidebar, I know "Bullets'" probably wasn't the most ideal team identity ever, but changing it to "Wizards" and then adopting that possibly lamest ever logo sure didn't help.

Bullets = insensitivity to gun violence That's why they changed it. Remember, when they changed their name to the Wizards it was way before Harry Potter. I remember almost everyone back then blaming that name change on racial insensitivity, since white supremacist leaders are "Wizards." The thinking was how do you get African American players to come be a Wizard? They basically have been mostly bad since that name change.
