So I was think that some of my favorite movies over the years have been some that aren't really popular when it came to the box office.

My vote in this category comes from the 1990 classic.

BRILLIANT Satirical Poli-Sci-Fi.

I always find it curious that LOTS of republicans adore a movie which just shreds them to pieces.

what's really unbelievable is how timely this movie has become again. makes just as powerful statement now as it does back in the 80's.

Boondock Saints- Original ( kind of a cult classic now but not when I first watched it). Took years for anyone to identify the movie . The sequel kind of ruined it but I still consider it a non-pop film.

The Pope of Greenwich Village

Barney: He's not gonna give you up, Charlie. You're family.
Charlie: Family, that f***in' kid? We're third cousins.
Barney: Third cousins. For Italians. That's like twin brothers with the Irish.
