So many people eager to spend Bidwill's money. Unlike other owners the only source of wealth for Bidwill is the Big Red. It is similar to people who are wealthy through real estate. They may be on paper wealthy but are cash poor. I suspect that he is not very liquid and cash available for operations is not nearly as great as for the other NFL owners. Coming up with the cash for Murray and coaching staff is not easy for Bidwill. He doesnt want to have to come up with the cash for three head coaches.

If he can pay a ridiculous amount of money to cut K1, he can pay another HC

I so feel for poor Mike Bidwill :sarcasm:

If he can't afford to play with the big dogs, he can sell up and enjoy that generational wealth.

Bidwill may not be Kroenke-rich, but he still has enough available money to invest in coaching, facilities, and the roster. Several successful franchises — like the Bengals, Bills, and Jaguars — have owners with similar or even smaller personal wealth, yet they spend aggressively and win. The difference usually isn’t the size of the fortune, but the commitment to using it to build a competitive organization

The only guaranteed change at this point is Murray will not be in a Cardinal uniform next season. Other than that, carry on. Injuries which to some extent have derailed this season will be the primary reason things will stay steady. Petzing may go, however even that is no guarantee. There may be some position coaching changes. They will roll out top 3 RBs injured, WR injuries on and off, TE injuries (Reiman), Oline injuries, CB injuries, Even Dline (Nolan and other minor players) loss of starting ILB and of course QB even though he is on his way out.

Just look at this link: Injury list

This staff will get another year to guide this team.

It’s hard to justify keeping Gannon after getting blown out by all three NFC West teams — that’s more than just a talent gap. His defensive-first philosophy isn’t working because he needs perfect personnel to execute it, and the scheme isn’t elevating what he has. If Gannon stays, the offensive staff (especially Petzing) and several defensive position coaches need to be replaced. If the final stretch looks like the last month, moving on from Gannon is completely fair.”

Bidwill will get rid of Gannon at the end of the season. The fan base is gone, many seats were empty including the high costs ones in Club. It will cost Bidwill more if he doesn't make changes. The season is a disaster.

We have a career backup journeyman QB, who is actually better than our starting QB.

We had 2 PS running backs.

We only had one NFL quality WR.

Three starting OL were out injured.

We played one of the top teams in the NFL.

Why are people shocked we got our asses kicked?

Firing everyone is easy. Finding someone better is very difficult.

IF the changes made this offseason are only superficial, then I see season tix taking a real hit.

Typically, the first to go are high dollar corporate buys as well -- revenues from which are 100% retained by the team.

Roster no doubt has suffered some blows but comes down to if you think Gannon can hang with these 3 other head coaches in the division.

I think he has clearly demonstrated he can not - we would be better off blowing this thing up and starting with a new HC and QB
