Um, no. No there isn't. Not even close. Very small football players are still an exception, not a rule. There are some nice exceptions in the NFL today, but that's what they are: exceptions.

His injury history increases his likelihood of injury, clearly.

Smaller players are an exception because there are limited role sthat can accomodate it. Not because it makes you more prone to injury.

Height has zero to do with injuries.

Give me a 4ft tall 210lb running back that runs 4.4 and try tackling that guy :)
