Absolutely. A lot of these types of guys might not pan out, but it doesn't hurt to try to find diamonds in the rough. One of the most neglected aspects under Sarver was that we just stopped bothering scouting or developing younger talent from sources other than our own draft picks... which didn't usually work out so well either.

I'm not seeing Todd as ready to play in the NBA for a long time. Maybe he will eventually get there, but his shooting is poor on this level.

He seemed to play better on the G-League level, but that is not what the current Suns are about. He is occupying a roster spot with a guaranteed salary that could be better used.
