Morgan Nascarella of Whitman-Hanson softball has been named the Enterprise Brockton-area High School Female Athlete of the Week.
In a 10-4 win over Scituate, Nascarella pitched a complete game for the Panthers in the circle, recording 4 strikeouts. She received 50.04% of the poll to earn the honor.
Now, here is our next pool of candidates for last week's games.
testa struck out 10 batters and allowed one earned run to lift the Green Wave to a 7-3 win over Braintree, and also had a hit, RBI, and 2 runs scored.
Roy drove in the game-winning run in the bottom of the 7th to walk-off Plymouth North 5-4, recording 3 hits with a double and a run in the victory.
Barnes pitched a 2-hitter with 10 strikeouts and went 3-for-3 at the plate with a 2-run homer and 4 RBIs in a 13-1 win over Arlington Catholic. She pitched another 2-hitter with 11 strikeouts in a 7-1 win over Bishop Fenwick.
Schlossberg had 4 RBIs and hit a 3-run home run on two hits to pace the Vikings in a 12-0 win over Carver. She also hit two more home runs and had 4 more RBIs in a 17-0 win over Southeastern.
Perron scored her 100th career goal and had 5 total to lead the Tigers to a 16-6 win over Sharon. She added 4 more in a 17-8 win over Sharon.
In a 4-3 win over Fontbonne Academy, Murdock reached 300 career strikeouts, taking down 12 batters in a complete game victory.
Shirey blasted two solo home runs and earned the win with 11 strikeouts in a 9-3 victory over Oliver Ames.
Morales launched a 3-run homer and a grand slam, all in the first inning of the Wildcats 20-1 victory over Bourne, finishing with 8 RBIs and 2 runs.
Anderson led the Panthers offensively, going 3-for-4 with 5 RBIs in a 14-1 win over Hanover.
