Avon boys basketball's Thomas Edwards is the Enterprise Brockton-area Male Athlete of the Week.

In a 90-48 win over Foxboro Regional Charter, Edwards went off for 40 points, nearly scoring half of the Panthers total points. He added 10 rebounds for a double-double in the win.

Sam McDonald, Abington boys hockey​


McDonald scored a hat trick and added two assists for five points in a 6-2 win over West Bridgewater/East Bridgewater.

Cash Babineau, Calvary Chapel Academy boys basketball​


Babineau recorded 28 points in a 67-50 loss to South Shore Charter.

Joey Ebian, Cardinal Spellman boys basketball​


Ebian posted a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds in a 74-62 loss to Bishop Stang.

Mark Lee, East Bridgewater boys basketball​


In a 53-52 loss to Holbrook, Lee scored a team-high 21 points.

Allen Brown, Holbrook boys basketball​


In a narrow 53-52 win over East Bridgewater, Brown scored his 2,000th career point. He also scored 41 the night before in a 81-34 win over Boston Collegiate.

Wyatt Goyette, Middleboro boys hockey​


Goyette tallied five points on 2 goals and 3 assists in a 6-2 win over Cohasset/Hull.

Cooper Larouco, Rockland boys hockey​


Larouco's game-winner in overtime lifted the Bulldogs to a 2-1 win over Abington.

Julian Ortega, Southeastern boys basketball​


Ortega scored a team-high 17 points in the Hawks' 66-46 win over Westport.

Jag Garces, West Bridgewater boys basketball​


Garces scored his 1,000th career point in a 69-52 road win over Bourne. He finished with 24 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 steals in the win.

Kevin Brzuszek, Whitman-Hanson boys indoor track and field​


Brzuszek took home first place in the long jump in the Patriot League Championship meet at the Track at New Balance over the weekend. He won with a jump of 21' 5.5".
