Funniest movie I have seen this year hands down.

Can we get RDJ an Oscar nom for Kirk Lazarus?!

Some of the funniest lines in film I have heard since Anchorman.

The crowd of all ages enjoyed this flick. Just don't bring the kiddies if they can't handle curse words and over the top gore. LOL.

And an extra special shout out to Tom Cruise.

some great lines in there as well as general situations

cruise was fantastic as was RDj

kind of spoofy without just being cheesy slapstick

Awesome movie. Big budge effects with laugh out loud in the theatre humor.

I didn't know Cruise was in the movie and it took a few scenes until we recognized him which made all of his previous scenes that much funnier.

We got into the 4th fake movie trailer before the couple down in front of us figured out they weren't for real movies. They kept gasping during the RDJ Toby McGuire preview which had me and the wife rolling on the floor.

Profoundly offensive. Pornographic vulgarity. Needless blood and guts. Ridiculous plot lines.

I wet my pants about 14 times with laughter. I mean, I'm ashamed of myself, but then I start laughing again when I think about it.

The very first trailer with the rapping in it, a lady behind me actual said "well this is uncalled for". Made me laugh even harder.

LOL

What was that one called? Satan's Alley or something like that. I bust a gut on that one. RDJ was hilarious. I think it would be a good movie.

I would have to agree there. Both were very good Comedies though. Finally some comedies that were originals.

Yes Hollywood, old jokes are not funny anymore! Let that be a lesson to you.

Saw it today, pretty good and probably the funniest movie I've seen all summer. Def better than Step Brothers.

Saw this today, flippin hilarious. Tom Cruise was fantastic. It had some classic lines, most of which can't be mentioned on the board. "I'm a lead farmer motherf'er!"

Does anyone know where I can pick up a can of 'Bootie Sweat'?

I liked the first 20 minutes or so... laughed really hard when Jack Blacks character was tied to the tree and would do anything to get untied!!!

Went a checked this out over the weekend, one of the funniest movies I have seen this year. Cruise and Downey Jr. were outstanding, so many funny lines just a great original comedy IMHO.

I thought it was pretty good. Very solid.

Whenever I see anyone on here write RDj for whatever reason when I read it in my head it comes out RJD (Ronnie James Dio) lol. I keep thinking what does Dio have to do with Tropic Thunder? :)

Man, that was one funny, funny movie!!!!! The satire and slapstick were A+ quality. I saw it last night, and it's been making smile at random moments throughout the day as I remember it.

I saw it the other day, and have to say I loved it! Original, slapstick and hillarious. I didn't know that Tom Cruise and Matthew McConaughey were in it - that last scene with Tom Cruise doing a booty dance was great!

I love Joe Black and he didn't disappoint - couldn't stop laughing at the scene where he was tied to the tree and would to "anything" to get untied.

Oh, and the fake trailers at the beginning of the movie were great!

It's been 2 weeks and that scene still makes me grin when it pops in my head.

You love Joe Black DeAnna? Who's that? You must mean Jack Black since he was in the movie, not sure about Joe Black.
