Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. notched two touchdowns and 73 rushing yards on a team-high 19 carries, en route to Jacksonville's 35-6 rout of the Los Angeles Chargers.
Etienne first found the endzone near the end of the first half, bursting into the endzone out of a wildcat formation for a two-yard rushing score.
His second score of the day came just two plays after the Chargers quarterback threw a crucial interception, which was returned 44 yards by Jaguars' safety Antonio Johnson to the Chargers 13 13-yard line.
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence threw an incomplete pass before Etienne scrambled 13 yards into the endzone to take a 35-6 lead over Los Angeles.
This was Etienne's first multiple rushing touchdown game of the season; however, he had a two-total touchdown performance against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4, when he caught and ran in a touchdown.
He entered the game with 656 rushing yards, 12th in the NFL, and three rushing touchdowns.
Along with Etienne's performance on the ground, Bhayshul Tuten rushed for 74 yards of his own on 15 carries with a touchdown.
The Jaguars ended up carrying the ball 47 times in this game as a team for 192 yards and four scores. Jacksonville averaged 4.1 yards per rush as an offense.
