The "NFL Top 100 Players" for 2026, a yearly NFL offseason tradition, kicked off this week. So far, no Arizona Cardinals have been revealed. However, player No. 96 is a Cardinals opponent.
No. 96 is New Orleans Saints running back Travis Etienne.
Etienne played for the Jacksonville Jaguars last season. Etienne helped the Jaguars make the playoffs. He rushed for 1,107 yards and seven touchdowns. He also caught 36 passes for 292 yards and six touchdowns.
Against the Cardinals in Week 12 in a 27-24 overtime win, he had 116 total yards from scrimmage. He had 86 rushing yards in 15 attempts and had three receptions for 30 yards and a touchdown.
His former teammate, defensive end Arik Armstead, called him "a Swiss Army knife." He is faster and quicker than players expect and improves every year.
He signed with the Saints in the offseason.
The Cardinals will face the Saints in New Orleans in Week 16.
