Time to trade up????

Is it time to consider trading up the the 1st. spot to try and get Suggs? Could we maybe offer a 2nd round pick, TJ, and lots of cash?

Guaranteed to happen after we lose a free agent (ours or someone else's):

- Someone posts an argument for trading up to land Suggs.

- Someone else posts an argument for trading up to land Leftwich

- Someone else feels we should trade down - giving up our #6 and #70 for a mid and late first round pick.

- Another person chimes in suggesting we should draft the latest guy to have gotten cut in a cap move - not necessarily because he's good, but because he's available.

- And then, of course, there are the heavy drinkers and potential Kevorkian clients.

- And to wrap things up, you know Mr. Graves is going to tell us to "be patient."

PS Have you noticed the lack of ANY commentary coming out of Cardinal HQ this fine evening?

jeff..you forgot my new plan..it does say trade down..but only 2 get 2 1st rounders to sign some restricted FA's..

Here's MY plan - Trade all our picks from Rounds 1 thru 6 for as many seventh round picks as possible. Then use all those picks to draft maybe 20 or 30 cheerleaders (both genders in deference to Jersey Girl).

Then forfeit all the games and party instead.
