I'm glad you noticed.
Gillespie does a lot of the smaller things, that turn into bigger things, that make a difference.

usually we play minnesota - book is kind of there in the first half - we're down but not out then ant explodes in the second - book struggles - we get wiped out - ant and all his buddy's laugh at us

Gillespie is only on a 1-year contract with the Suns, but they own his early bird rights.
Wouldn't it have been the smart and wise thing to do, to sign him to a multi-year contract last season while he was on a two-way contract or even this season?
