Biggest game of the season thus far. The draw with Brighton was acceptable, given how things went. A draw here keeps the Mags in 4th but barely. A win is what is really needed. A loss? Nuclear bad.

Weird lineup named by Howe. Let's hope he's spotted something in Chelsea and they can ruthlessly take advantage. If they plan to sit off, it's a huge mistake.

Let's go. Howe-way the lads!

I knew they were in trouble with Isak out. Should've taken the lead early but Raya stood on his head in goal. 2nd half showed Arsenal the deeper team bench wise. Nice wonder strike from Rice. It was indeed a good game.
Has Isak officially said he wanted out if no Champions League?

God, no. All that nonsense heading into January was just that--nonsense. There is not even the whisper of a hint he would want out even if they missed Europe. The English media just loves certain clubs and press their own narrative.

Absolutely! The only reason cabbage head Steve Bruce still keeps getting jobs.

All that said, if Newcastle had missed out on Europe, I would think Isak would want out. They are guaranteed Europe. I do think Europa League would be enough to keep him, but cannot say I'm 100 percent positive that is the case.

Alright, the day is here. The game is at home. The opponent is not good and has suffered a lot of defensive injuries. Only a win guarantees CL soccer next year. Anything else and it can be the EL instead. Will Isak play? Haven't won without him this season.

It's killing me that I can't watch live today. At least I'll be busy so I won't go mad!

Howe-way the lads!
