Early returns are Travis Hunter looks borderline awful at WR in rookie camp and is much more likely to play CB right away. There's some video online of him running absolutely awful routes leading to incompletions, looks like a kid who had very little coaching. IN fact some of the video shows him at the Colorado pro day with people pointing out Sanders had to keep double patting the ball because Hunter is so slow out of breaks

IDK where else to post this. The football talk from this podcast with Gronk was incredible. He talks about his rookie year and what it was like learning from Belichick and Brady, and how hard it was to learn the playbook as a rookie (50+ formations?!) and what that looked like behind the scenes. The Patriots were militaristic during those years, it's no wonder they were so dominant. They paid attention to every detail.

Start around 57 minutes if you care to hear it. He's his normal Gronk silly, but he talks pretty seriously about football for a while.

This reminds the good old offseason time that Chase was dropping lateral screen passes thrown to his hands while Isabella exploded the field with down the field body catches. Lol. I thought we got the “it” factor in KK’s offense.

Tweak to Onside Kick approved at Owners Meeting:

The competition committee's proposal to tweak the onside kick was passed by NFL owners on Wednesday. The rule allows teams to declare an onside kick at any time while trailing -- not just in the fourth quarter -- and line up one yard closer to opponent. Pelissero added that the hope is to modestly increase success rates from 6% last year.

Pfft what a nice refreshing statement by Barkley, but that eagles team isn’t even in my top 10 all time team

aint nothing like a youngster getting a three month head start on passing out billboard material to every team they will face this season...this is how super bowl hangovers start.

What cap Numbers will look like in June 1st. The Giants, Bills and Falcons all negative. Bills are a good team and will make it work. If the Falcons can trade Cousins after June 1st, they'll create $27 million in space, but the other team will need $27 million to absorb and the Steelers can! They are the only QB team who can with out extra work.

Those are effective cap space numbers with June 1 cuts already baked in. You can't go over the cap in the NFL.

Interesting fact: the cards only have $18 million in projected 2026 cap space rn. The Chargers have a crazy $111MM.
