everybody can feel every type of way about the kd experience but one thing that really super absolutely positively helped us out in the end was a healthy kevin durant - omg if he'd gone down - we were very fortunate to have a healthy reaper

how about first not having any type of reaper

that much is obvious and has been discussed ad nauseum - all i was saying is we were fortunate he was a healthy trade piece in the end

We agree. I've already said as much. This is why I was not for a prolonged trade negotiation.

What alternate reality was KD healthy to end the year? He missed the last dozen or so games. Lets celebrate he wasn't seriously injured and only shot down trades to teams offering more!

Good riddance to the Durantula.

The Durant trade could be expanded to seven teams.

Well, yeah, when you obliterate your franchise for a player you’re probably going to be pretty lousy when they’re hurt.

I would not be at all surprised if his absence at the end of the season was by choice.

I will be glad to see Grayson Allen move on, unless Dillon Brooks could reinvigorate his style of play.

Allen used to play with an edge. I don't see it anymore.

He’s always been a cream puff, it is why he was regarded as a different level of dirty. He has never been a hard nosed dog, he was just a spot up shooter who was not at all physical outside of an occasional wild cheap shot.

He’s just removed the cheap shots.

Agreed but it doesn't change his is player driven league whose stars generally speaking dictate or semi-dictate where they go. I wasn't really speaking to the loyalty of a player and if a team should accommodate them as a result.

Butler didn’t want to go to golden state, Lillard had no interest in the Bucks.

We’re just push overs.

I didn't say there were not examples. The vast majority of star players have a say even if it's just a list.

Gambo reiterates there will be no new players coming or going to the Suns in the Durant trade.

7 teams involved is just mind boggling. However, I wonder if trades in general become more complex because of the new apron system when it comes to players with huge contracts like this. How would you like to be a front office CAP guy in the NBA today?!?!

I’d say it’s likely a well paying job if you’re good at it!
