That's bad.

Ariza was awful and so tone deaf towards this franchise and fan base. KD is close to that, some ways he's worse and being here 2 1/2 years where we got progressively worse was frustrating. I hoped I could wish him well once he left but I want to see Houston suffer as we still have multiple 1st rounders we need to give away because of him. By the time the debt is settled there's a chance he becomes the 3rd Morrii in my book.

Guy who had already bailed on 3 teams, gotten coaches axed and has demanded trades multiple times is offended that his team might trade him.

He's one of the least self aware people on earth.

Screw him. He had no issue ruining this team and depleting this roster.

He's nearing Ariza territory with me. I'm glad he's gone and wish he was never a Sun.
I'm tempted to bet the under on the Rocket's season win total. Unfortunately, Vegas is giving crappy odds on their under. Draft Kings had under 53.5 at -125 while Fan Duel had 51.5 at -118. The under bets must be rolling in.

With VanVleet out that's a solid bet. I might see if I can parlay that with the Suns. I already got a smaller amount on the Suns winning 34+, I believe.

Actually think he’s perfect for the Rockets. He’s a great fit for what they need on the court, Udoka isn’t a pushover and Houston isn’t a pressurized basketball market.

Kevin Durant holds the record for the most career earnings by an NBA player.

Durant signed a two year, $90 million extension with the Rockets.

Better them than the Suns.

And to think I can recall at least 2 incidents of KD claiming he took less. He said he did in Golden State which is why he parted ways and went to Brooklyn. Then he claimed he took less in Brooklyn to get help. I guess that may be true but the amount he sacrificed wasn't much in the grand scheme of things.

Regardless of the money situation, Durant nearly took the joy out of watching the Suns for me.

He absolutely did for me. Thankfully he's gone now and we have some hope moving forward. I wish we got more of our future back but ultimately I'm ecstatic he's gone. I hope Ishbia remembers the pain of the KD years so we don't repeat those mistakes again.

I want to see players who like and care for each other, but most of all who play with energy and enjoy the game.

I'm so tired of this laid-back stuff of the past few seasons.

KD will be perfect for the Rockets. He’s surrounded by great defenders and physical rebounders. Nobody will really take shots away from him.

He remains ever vigilant online not able to let any slight go uncommented.

A good example. I just don't want this stuff anymore.
Wow. Totally agree. I am so glad he is gone. I did not actively dislike KD when he came here. But the more I watched him play, the more disinterested I became. He played wothout passion, without care. It was obvious.

Agree, as time went on KD apathy rubbed off on Booker as well. DB used to be a dog on the court but in the KD years he lost his fire to me.

Phew! Plus they're only 3-2.
I expect they will have a more disappointing season than anyone is expecting, even if Durant is statistically about the same as normal.
