James Jones might be too. Because unlike the previous two games where the Suns announced Booker was out pretty early. On the radio last night, he said he would be evaluated again today which left the door open for his return.

I think you may be on to something. Perhaps less of a game plan of harassing CP3 even if he doesn't play, and taking some of the pressure off CP3 if he does play.

But I think at this point he will get some limited minutes and be used at least as a decoy. They can't leave him open and will have to respect his presence behind the arc. He will have to start so he will still be warmed up and ready to go from warm ups.

They aren’t risking re-injury to use Book as a decoy.

What is the point of limited minutes on an injury like that? It’s such short-term probably not much of a gain for potential long term gain.

The expectation is Devin Booker would play limited minutes when he returns.
