These Pelicans were apparently a worthy opponent. They did not roll over.

Would someone explain to me: in light of their record, why are the Pelicans said to be "surging," better than they were, etc.? Before this loss, they were what, 8-23? That's "improved"? Then what was their record before that, 0-23?
Rookies - especially Queen are playing much better. Injuries had derailed several of their starters.

They had only won 3 games before winning the last 5 of 6

5 of the last 6 is a surge. We won last nigh showing we beat a surging team. Even Rex Chapman made the comment that they had a lot of good players on the team. I'd take Trey Murphy in a heartbeat!
