They had won five straight games before losing at the Cavaliers on Tuesday.

keep in mind - he's only averaging 13 a game with 6 rebounds but that is impressive for a rookie and i haven't watched the pelicans this year at all so idk if he's been sharing the court with zion lately or losing minutes to him

phx plays pretty good small ball but we're going to be literally outweighed tonight and by a lot at times - hoping to run circles around them cuz we aint running through them

No way we can overlook them. They are playing their best basketball of the season. They had won five in a row until they lost to the Cavs on Tuesday. Queen and Williamson are playing very well.

Saw this scheduling oddity mentioned on Reddit.

This is the Suns' first road trip east of the Mississippi, though they are doing so to play against a West conference team. They've only played 2 games against the Eastern conference, the least out of any Western team (OKC is 2nd with only 4 games vs Eastern opponents). Other West top teams are feasting on the East, so hopefully Phoenix has a bit of a surge soon.
