I think Keim is a very average drafting GM. As many misses and there are hits. That being said, he has done a good job working the NFL talent pool to make up for that. Hopefully it gets better, and I believe the more stability this organization has, the more likely it is that it will get better.

No team hits on all their draft picks. Heck the NFL avg is less then 50%.

is not forbidden to say the best talent we have are previous draft picks or free agents signings
we like keim buthe has to do a better job evaluating kids coming out from college
bruce arians use to say ''no risky no biscuits '' but recently we prefer to draft good boy scout,good locker room guy or team captain instead of some guys with little off field issues but with talent
thats why i loved the matthieu pick and it is paying off
arizona has a good disciplined organization and they can also put troubled guy in the right way to mature as man and being professional in and off the field

Somebody must have drank a glass of KOOL-AID without any sugar. It's funny, sitting at the sports bar watching the game and both looked pretty good to me. But then again, that's just me and the guys sitting around me.

I wouldn't go so far as to call him the worst(Chip Kelly isn't looking too good right now) but his moves in the draft have been strange. I still wish he had drafted Shaq Thompson or Stephone Anthony, both really good linebackers which is a glaring need for this team and both, especially Anthony, having good seasons so far instead of taking a project tackle which wasn't an immediate need for this team, at least not a need to take in the 1st round.

To even imply this isn't correct. Belichick is not only the best coach this game has ever seen but he drafts well and he signs free agents who make an impact. Ted Thompson in GB is damned good as well. Keim has done well and is a top 10 GM but to imply he's the best in the league speaks of homerism.
