Spam Bots

We're getting riddled with spam bots. Currently three of the top threads on the Cards forum are spam bot threads.

I don't get them. It seems like so much effort to post spam and everyone knows it's spam. They are pretty stupid.

Maybe they get cleaned up after I'm already awake a while? I'm usually checking before 9am Eastern Standard Time.

There were a lot this morning. Whew. I go to their profile and do the Spam/Clean method. Does all the dirty work for me.

I legit ban 2 spammers a day and trash several threads. It's tiresome to be blunt

I deny about 6 - 7 new registrants a day that IP match Spammers.

Opened up my "alert" list this morning. 5 out of 8 were useless spam bots.

Watxhout, we're being attacked! Done everything I can to try to keep all of them out but some will always slip in. All removed for now.

So it occurs to me that every spam bot is picking New York as where they are from. Anyway to auto ban anyone who picks that?
