I would expect KM to be traded, after June 1st, and a conditional pick, as to who's any good in this draft at QB? I don't know, but no one is training these guys now because college has almost gone away from pro style offenses, it's just too hard to find QB's who fit that mold and even if you do, you never get enough of a pipeline to stay competitive. It's ******. I really think the NFL is going to have to do something like start a minor league system, maybe in the offseason, dome type football?

We are not getting Mendoza or Moore. I doubt that Simpson will be available either.
Every year we go into the combine and these qb’s shine in shorts and interviews.
We don’t operate like other club’s especially the ones in our division. We are passive.
We will stand pat and pray or we will trade down and play the “ smartest guy in the room”.
Not being Debbie Downer just looking at our history.
I could see the Rams grabbing Simpson if the Cards pass or trade down.

This would tough because the Cardinals would have to eat more money because of his roster bonus.

I think Simpson’s availability will in large part be determined by how his next game goes.

I kinda agree but I actually believe it has more to do with how other teams end up viewing their own QB situations and Kyler to the Jets possibilities.

Do the NYG believe in Dart? (a lot of that will be determined by their next HC)

Does Cleveland want to give Sanders another go?

Will the NYJ prefer to give up a minimal pick for Kyler to try to be more competitive in 2026 and then make a move in 2027 for a QB?

Always tough to predict what bad teams will do.

Not my best source, but I’ve heard the Jets don’t like Murray.

Kyler to LVR?? Russ never played better than when with coach Pete...as a fan I would hate it. But kyler still gets a lot of love from Raider Nation and baby bowl cut could be convinced...he gets starry eyed imagining possibilities much like Miller keim did.

That would pull Vegas out of the QB equation and either motivate them to trade or add a guy opposite Mad Maxx...
Or.....
Kyler.....
Our #5 this year....
And our 2027 2nd round pick for their #1 or #2 overall?

If they have any faith in kyler they gotten believe him and a 2nd is worth moving back 3 or 4 spots.

I dunno...speculation, what about ism, guesswork, throwing crap against the wall...it's December.
But it's not hopium...for the Cardinals sake...yes...but as a lifelong Raiders fan...it just adds five more years of FTS to my football fandom....
Kinda sucks honestly...I would like Arizona AND Vegas to get Mendoza...
But I have already seen the Raiders win a couple Super Bowls...only saw the Redbirds get close...so they get priority...but Mendoza to the Raiders wouldn't be a bad consolation prize

My older brothers wife talked to Ty Simpsons mom today …showed her a picture of Ty Simpson in a cardinals uniform she said “ my son said he would love it if they picked him”
Of course. He could keep all his red hoodies...and he knows he ain't really a top 5 pick....
You think he would love going to Arizona if he got picked in the fourth round?

Real talk. Is Mac Jones an option? Purdy seemingly deaded any thoughts of him being overtaken as QB1. I talked my fair share of crap on him earlier this season, but I wouldn't mind taking a hard look at him as our man next year. I think Mendoza and Moore are going to be snatched up before we pick so I'm conditioning my mind to think of other scenarios. Saleh and Jones is the stuff of my dreams right now. Second "crazy" idea. I would be pretty excited about plucking Tanner McKee from the eagles and seeing what he can do given a chance to earn the starting job.
I don't see a scenario where they would make a trade with us, unless it was for a haul. With their teams aspersions and Purdy propensitiy to get injured he's their insurance policy.

All I can say is that the Cards will have a couple of QBs on the roster and probably one on the PS. Jacoby will, more than likely, be one of them. Who the other 2 i will be I have no idea.

Maybe Saban is the Cards salvation. He didn't do well in MIA but that was a long time ago. It would be Arianesque. It starts from the top, and a good HC is a good start. These are the results we got when the boss said go ahead, I'll let you pick. They could a staff, coordinators away from having the pieces. Then it would cycle to heck even the Cards will have a good every once in a while. Maybe a Saban woos a Mendoza because of his credentials; making a trade distantly possible.
I could just NOT see Saban come here. Why bother? There will be other jobs more attractive to him. Would totally love it though.

Nick Saban is 74. He has a cushy job making bank on TV and does commercials on the side. He will never coach again. If he takes the Cardinals job it would a sign he is suffering from dementia

I’m now hearing the Cards are scouting Lamar Jackson who may be available
Interesting after the reports of late night video games and falling asleep in meetings. Also the reports of communication issues with the organization.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: if Pete is still coach there I see NO way he wants Kyler. He coached against him for years. He knows he stinks.

That’s interesting. Only 28. Have the ravens soured on him that quickly? I can’t see us being good with him.
