In the second quarter, the Raiders set up to punt. Colts Segun Olubi got the right edge and streaked in to block it. Cole got his ankle hit on the block and laid on the turf, writing in pain. He was helped off the field and then a cart came out to take him to the locker room.
Soon, it was announced that Cole was Questionable with a right ankle injury.
Cole's loss is signficant. He is a two-time All Pro and three-time Pro Bowl punter.
This is the second time in two weeks the Raiders have given up a blocked kick. Last week it was the potential game winner from Daniel Carlson in the final seconds. That block cost them the game.
