If Phillips didn't have all of the question marks he would easily be the first EDGE player off the board. Boom or bust player here IMO.
EDIT: The more I think about it, he and Caleb Farley are pretty similar in terms of risk/reward.

Yep. I'm not anti-Farley, but I'm going to say that Farley would be a pick for the next GM and HC to enjoy. Probably has a real rough year 1 unless he goes somewhere that he doesn't have to start every game as a rookie.

The expectation is that Alabama star WRs Jaylen Waddle and DeVonta Smith won’t work out today. Mac Jones will be throwing for a second time today and didn’t have either for the first session. But he will have RB Najee Harris running routes for this session I’m told.

Has anyone heard of Kliff being at any of the pro days? I don't think it's a huge deal either way, but it feels like all the other head coaches are out and about and I haven't heard of Kliff being at any.
