The New York Giants' coaches, front office personnel, and scouting department have been busy hitting the road to get an in-person look at the 2025 NFL draft class, attending several college pro days this week.
Representatives from the Giants were in attendance at the pro days at Texas, Boise State and Stony Brook over the past several days.
The Giants are expected to add a young quarterback in the draft and could do so with the third overall pick. If they miss out on their target there, they could focus on one in the middle rounds, and Quinn Ewers could be available for them there.
The Giants also had running backs coach Ladell Betts at the Boise State pro day, but aren't likely to land Jeanty, who is expected to be a first-round pick.
Then there are diamonds in the rough. Why not someone from Stony Brook?

The Giants also sent a significant contingent to the Texas Pro Day. That’s DC Shane Bowen talking to Patriots HC Mike Vrabel.
Also OC Mike Kafka and assistant dir. of player personnel Dennis Hickey there to take in QB Quinn Ewers’ workout. https://t.co/EIx7VxNyrC

Fewer prospects, smaller crowds and less media coverage than the large-school pro days, but the NFL dreams were just as big today at @StonyBrookFB.
