It's at least grade two strain. Worst case scenario is grade three, which is a complete tear that may even results in surgery. It didn't look like a complete tear- he got help walking, but he was standing. I need to watch the clip again- if his leg was straight at some point, it's a good sign, but if he wasn't able to straighten it, that's likely a tear and not a strain.

Update: It does not look like a tear. He was standing up with his leg completely straight.
