Middle of the summer I was hoping we'd see our role players step up so that we could get whole quickly by trading all of them. Now, several of our role players have definitely stepped up. But I'm very much enjoying watching this team play again so I'm kind of glad I'm not a decision maker for this organization.

Again, not trying to get ahead of myself here, but this may well be a playoff team. Could sniff something like 50 wins if they can stay healthy. We will have a good sense of that 9 games from now though.

Yeah, the Suns schedule gets brutal starting with OKC on November 28th.

Yes, O'Neale, Allen, Brooks and Gillespie have stepped up big time.

I mention those 9 specifically because it's 4 more highly winnable games followed by 5 tough games. If we are sitting at 12 or more wins at that point, i like our chances to win a lot this year.

Same for me. Now I don't want to trade Grayson or Royce. But we saw flashes of what can be for Fleming tonight. We have lots of good players who work hard play D and can shoot. We need the star player to get well in Green.

Grayson development has been fantastic. Love team ball.

Green seemed to be moving pretty well on the sidelines tonight. I wonder if last night was more cramp than severe injury. Significant hammy cramps due to dehydration and lack of certain minerals can sure feel like a pulled hammy, sometimes they are both kinda go together.

Nov 21st through December 23rd we play 12 games against mostly top teams in the west. We will do quite well to come out of that above .500. Gets much easier for a while after that.

And Oso had 4 assists, 5 rebounds and a block.

He has point guard skills. I wonder if the Suns are exploring that.

12 players saw over 8 minutes tonight

And no one touched 30.

I know this was a bad team that we played, but last year‘s team could not put runs on anyone it seemed like. Only 11 games in this team has put on several runs that just smother teams.

They play so fast and with so much energy. It’s night and day.

Yup. How many games that we won last two years that we needed the starters to play 40+, because we could never put anyone away?

The bench so far is much improved as well, so not as big a drop off

Agreed that this looks like a playoff team. Despite injuries, they can plug and play. Ott for early coach of the year.
thought about this since reading it last night and ott has to be leading the early pack for coy - phx is the biggest surpise coming out of the gates
