Its a pity keim didnt trade up investing a further 3th round pick to advance 3spots

Hindsight bias.

Maybe 30 other teams are thinking the same thing now but not during the draft.

Think the Bears would rather have Mahomes vs Trubisky?
Benglas John Ross (WR) vs Mahomes?

Yes but we were ahead of the chiefs and we could sacrifice just a 3th rounder to get him and we were in search for young qb

I would say he's amazing and leave it at that since it's only one year but I've watched almost all of his games, he's already been through the cycle of teams hammering on his learning curve.

The Cardinals interestingly enough did a very good job on him, better than most.

He ended with 50 TD's, good lord.

I’d say the Bears are happy. That kid is developing nicely.

Who says the Bills were willing to take a 3rd to trade back? The Chiefs had a lot farther to move, but they also gave up two firsts and a third.

The Cardinals ended up giving up a third and a fifth to move from 15 to 10 in 2018, and that trade was widely seen as a coup / fleecing of the Raiders / super shrewd deal by Keim to get the 10th pick for such little compensation.

We all wish that a 3rd rounder alone would've done it in 2017 and that Keim had made the move... but that's just what it is - wishful thinking and 20/20 hindsight.
