For someone whose persona is so carefully scripted, why does he keep leaning on this "I'm a winner" line? After playing at the Garden last night, he was invariably asked about coming to New York, and he trotted it out again. I mean, the NBA, Nike, and the networks have all made us fully aware of his abilities: LeBron saying this only highlights the fact that he doesn't have a championship, and just reminds us that he notoriously said it after losing in the conference finals last year. I guess I'm missing his point...
