Invisible!

Has to be qualified IMO. They were throwing the ball so fast it was pretty hard to get any pass rush. They also often doubled or chipped on him. But yeah he was very quiet

He had Tommy John surgery which is serious but in baseball usually not career ending

Still not a good injury but it sounds like he had UCL repair vs Tommy John based on recovery time and information online.

Sounds like the same surgery as Brock Purdy.

As a Hurricanes fan it was pretty awesome.

Great environment in the stadium and the Ole Miss fans turned out and represented well.

Night ended hopping a great lawn fence with Edgerrin James, who for some reason thought I was someone to trust in helping him find his way back to his ride

Also, the WIFI was really good :D

I know. But, I added the caveat if I'm the Cardinals. They draft him he becomes Gary Hogeboom when he played here with his bum elbow.
Or if he goes to a good offensive coached team he becomes Tom Brady

He has some, but needs more.
That is some of the concern is that his pass rush bag/plan is pretty rudimentary. It's pretty much bull rush or outside rip with speed.

IMO, this game highlighted that he just isn't a top end rush guy. His game more of a solid power edge with the ability to get after the passer.

Insane to me to people that took part of the Kyler experience want us to take a chance on Chambliss

Chambliss’ best throws are always to the boundary. Only time he throws to the MOF is if the receiver is extremely wide open. He doesn’t have the zip on his throws that young Kyler had either.

Exciting college QB, but there is a reason he is trying so hard to go back for his 6th season instead of declaring.

I like Francis Mauigoa- dude seems solid.

Another guy that looks good that nobody is talking about is Markel Bell their LT.
He is 6-8/340 but can move.
He could be a nice RT find.

I suppose. He really had little impact on the game. Even on Ms.’ last drive when they delayed the throw, he wasn’t a factor. They simply took him out of the game. It happened against Louisville & SMU as well. He’s good; I’m not sure he will be great. He plays very hard, but he’s not Aaron Donald as some imply. I think most teams would move him inside often.

The last drive they were exhausted. One thing is he plays way more snaps at Miami than he will in the NFl. There's a play on one of the last drives where he chases the QB out of the pocket and you can see how tired he is he loses his balance chasing him to the sideline as the ball is thrown away. When they showed the replay the announcer commented on how tired Bain appeared to be

ANybody comparing him to Aaron Donald is clearly wrong.

But on who. Both the WR and defender were grabbing each others jerseys so I can see why they did not call it.
That’s the first time I think that I have heard the officials guy use the verbiage of “mutual combat” when trying to explain the no call.

So, no casitas for bowl games. Actual fans got to sit in that end zone again and truly enjoyed the game being played? What a concept.
