It's the penultimate week on the regular-season calendar, and we get a Thursday tripleheader for Christmas Day as a holiday treat.

The Dallas Cowboys open proceedings at the Washington Commanders as 5.5-point road favorites before the Detroit Lions travel to Minneapolis to face the Minnesota Vikings (+5.5).

Thursday Night Football on Christmas Day sure looked like a marquee matchup before the season started, but the Patrick Mahomes-less Kansas City Chiefs are 13.5-point home underdogs to the Denver Broncos.

There are some big-time clashes on the weekend, though, with the Houston Texans and Los Angeles Chargers (-1.5) meeting on Saturday and the Philadelphia Eagles at Buffalo Bills (-2.5) and Chicago Bears at San Francisco 49ers (-2.5) headline Sunday's action.

Let's look at all the latest Week 17 odds.

Lines as of 12-22

Cowboys vs Commanders odds (Thursday, 1:00 p.m. ET, Netflix)

Opening line

The Cowboys opened as 5.5-point road favorites for this Christmas Day game. Washington QB Marcus Mariota is day-to-day with a hand injury on the short week. This total hit the board at 49.5 points and jumped to 50.5 with early play on the Over.

Lions vs Vikings odds (Thursday, 4:30 p.m. ET, Netflix)

Opening line

Minnesota could be without QB1 J.J. McCarthy on Xmas after he left Week 16 with a hand injury. Although his X-rays came back negative, he was unable to grip a football. The Lions are backed against a wall after fumbling a Week 16 home game and need to win out – and get help on the weekend – to make the playoffs. Detroit opened as a 5.5-point road favorite, and some books are already up to -6. The total opened at 46.5 and dropped to 44.5 with one-sided play on the Under out of the gate.

Broncos vs Chiefs odds (Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET, Prime Video)

Opening line

The quarterback situation in Kansas City went from bad to worse. Patrick Mahomes’ replacement, Gardner Minshew, suffered a torn ACL in Week 16, leaving the Chiefs offense in the hands of QB3 Chris Oladokun. The Broncos are trying to get right after a home loss to Jacksonville and opened as 10.5-point road chalk, quickly climbing as high as -13.5 for this Christmas Day game. The Over/Under opened at 36.5 and is up to 37.5.

Texans vs Chargers odds (Saturday, 4:30 p.m. ET, NFL Network)

Opening line

This is a big battle in the AFC pecking order with Los Angeles opening as a 1.5-point home underdog to Houston and jumping the fence to -1.5 with early opinion on the host Bolts. The total hit the board at 41.5 points, and with two of the top defenses in the NFL butting heads, Under money flooded the market and moved this through the key number of 41 to 39.5 O/U.

Ravens vs Packers odds (Saturday, 8:00 p.m. ET, Peacock)

Opening line

This non-conference contest was supposed to be a marquee matchup in Week 17, but injuries to the two quarterbacks took a lot of star power off the board. Jordan Love (concussion) and Lamar Jackson (back) have a short week to recover for this Saturday kickoff. The Packers opened as 2.5-point home favorites while the total originated at 41.5 O/U. FYI: Also keep an eye on the health of Green Bay backup QB Malik Willis, who is dealing with a shoulder injury.

Cardinals vs Bengals odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

“Fun” might be the only thing to play for when the Bengals host the Cardinals in Week 17. Joe Burrow enjoyed himself with a one-sided win over Miami in Week 16, and bookies opened Cincinnati as a 6.5-point favorite, with that jumping to a touchdown spread. The total hit the board at 51.5 points, but with two pass-happy offenses and two terrible pass defenses, this number has soared to 53.5 in the first 12 hours of action.

Seahawks vs Panthers odds(Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

The Seahawks are trying to hold onto the top seed in the NFC while the Panthers are fighting to stay ahead of the Bucs in the NFC South. Seattle opened as a 7.5-point road chalk, coming off a mini-bye after beating L.A. last Thursday. The Over/Under opened at 42.5 points.

Jaguars vs Colts odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Patriots vs Jets odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Patriots bounced back with a big win in Baltimore on Sunday night and are fighting for the top seed in the AFC in the final two weeks. New England opened as a sizable 12.5-point road favorite versus the Jets in Week 17 with the total at 42.5 O/U.

Steelers vs Browns odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

The Steelers took down the Lions on the road and now travel to Cleveland in Week 17, trying to lock up the AFC North crown and the home playoff game that comes with it. Pittsburgh opened as a 5.5-point road chalk, but with star WR DK Metcalf likely facing a suspension after an altercation with a fan, this spread dropped to -4.5. The total hit the board at 35.5 points and slimmed to 34.5 O/U – currently tied for the second-lowest Over/Under of the 2025 season.

Saints vs Titans odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

The Saints opened as 2.5-point road favorites in Nashville and have jumped to field-goal faves in Week 17, bringing with them a three-game winning streak. The total opened at 38.5 with the vig padding the Over.

Buccaneers vs Dolphins odds (Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

Tampa Bay is in a bad place after a Week 16 loss at Carolina and needs to keep winning to stay in the NFC South hunt. The Bucs opened as 3.5-point road faves and are now at -5.5 in Miami. The total hit the board at 45.5 and has bounced between that opener and 46.5 O/U.

Giants vs Raiders odds (Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET, CBS)

Opening line

This non-conference contest could be a battle of which team can tank the hardest. The Giants and Raiders are both 2-13 and sit No. 1 and No. 2 in the current draft order. The loser of this Week 17 meeting will slide into the No. 1 overall pick. New York opened as a 2.5-point road favorite but is now down to -1.5. The total opened at 42.5 points.

Eagles vs Bills odds (Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX)

Opening line

The Bills come home to host the Eagles in a possible Super Bowl preview. Buffalo opened as a 2.5-point home favorite, and we’ve seen some sportsbooks move to a field-goal spread. Keep an eye on updates for Philly stalwarts OT Lane Johnson and DT Jalen Carter later in the week. The total opened at 46.5 and is down to 45.5 points.

Bears vs 49ers odds (Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC)
