ATLANTA – The Mets' offense showed up in a major way in the penultimate game of the series in Atlanta.
Bo Bichette led the way in a 12-hit, 10-run performance for the Mets as they needed all the support in a one-run win over the Braves.
Bichette finished 3-for-5 with a double, a run and three RBI in the win, which snapped a three-game losing streak.
The Mets will now go for the series split in the finale with the Braves at 7:15 p.m. on Monday night at Truist Park.
Freddy Peralta will be looking to get back on track after another rocky start.
Last time out, Peralta allowed five earned runs in seven hits and three walks in four innings against the Blue Jays. The right-hander is 5-7 with a 4.82 ERA and 1.42 WHIP.
