SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — No. 16 Augustana hockey is coming off of a weekend sweep over Lake Superior State and heads to No. 20 Michigan Tech.
The Vikings are 13-1-3 on home ice but 5-6 on the road heading into the series with the Huskies. The emphasis on winning road games only grows more as Augie has only three regular season series remaining.
“Our energy needs to show up, our rush play needs to show up,” head coach Garrett Raboin said. “And then we continue to try and build our offensive ground game and get to those harder areas.”
The Vikings and the Huskies faceoff on Friday at 6:07 pm in Houghton.
