Do you think Simpson is more in that mold? It would seem soJust don’t see it. Kyler is the antithesis of the Shanny/McVay tree.

Dude it's legit. Muy legit."Steak 44" sounds a little lame. Just a little![]()
Was going to post the exact same thing. I would be very surprised if he is not named as the next HC tommorrow.Just like everyone else, dinner at Steak 44 and then your hired next day
when we goin?Dude it's legit. Muy legit.
Let's plan it!!when we goin?
I was kinda hoping when I applied for the director of security the interview process was the sameDude it's legit. Muy legit.
Yup. Best MOF thrower in the draft.Do you think Simpson is more in that mold? It would seem so
I'd imagine he has a duty to seek employment, otherwise he won't continue getting paid - as was reported regarding Kingsbury. Not sure what this has to do with the Cardinals specifically, McDermott can go sit on a beach for the next two years if he wants and earn $16 million from the Bills for doing so. Not a bad gig if you can get it!
... which makes it even more telling that he'd rather take a year off and not get paid than interview with the Raiders, Browns, or Cardinals.Yeah, if you had a job
Why not? He is being paid a million a month for about 16 months. Let see, coach the cards, faders, or brownies, or watch from the couch.
And he had a winning record with Wilson. The quarterback was Zach Wilson.
So Kyler is gonna stand in the pocket now and not get scared? Read the defense? Suddenly be able to see Over the line? Dude must be a miracle workerHahahahahaha
Exactly. Well, just when you think the Kyler stans had learned their lesson...So Kyler is gonna stand in the pocket now and not get scared? Read the defense? Suddenly be able to see Over the line? Dude must be a miracle worker
and they call the Cardinals cheap....xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media

You have to keep in mind as Cardinal fans we live in the bizzaro world where anything is possible.Exactly. Well, just when you think the Kyler stans had learned their lesson...
There a lot of coaches that calls plays. So we are assuming Lefleur would call plays here? Why not just hire an OC and have him call plays so the HC can focus on managing the game?
Of course. There are also a lot that don't.There a lot of coaches that calls plays.
Can’t argue the logic.Of course. There are also a lot that don't.
My point ... since he wasn't successful previously being HC & DeFacto OC...then maybe he learned something and won't stretch himself too thin.
He was never a HC, just OC for Jets calling plays for Zach Wilson.Of course. There are also a lot that don't.

I know itd be a big adjustment for him, but I don’t want Lafleur if he isn’t calling plays. So we are assuming Lefleur would call plays here? Why not just hire an OC and have him call plays so the HC can focus on managing the game?
I know it's an old concept...but just because the HC isn't calling plays doesn't mean the team isn't running his offense.I know itd be a big adjustment for him, but I don’t want Lafleur if he isn’t calling plays.
I’m signing up for an offensive guru that can reshape this side of the ball - otherwise there are guys out there who have better leader energy, game managers, and way more experience
