Just a hunch but I feel like the front office lost the whole team. I think everyone basically quit after the Demarcado incident. You have to be able to rip your players after they do something dumb and not get fined by the team(not the nfl) for it. Where does that 100k go to? Bidwills bank account probably. Just my opinion
The whole lot of them lost me with that game. That is for sure.

Maybe we should have kept Gannon? No way they thought all these good organizations would need HC's We are so cursed. No QB's coming out, good coaches will not come here.

It's career suicide as it stands.

If I were viewed as a serious candidate by Bidwill and Monti, I would insist that we go into 2026 with KM and JB to at least have a chance to compete.

I know Joe Brady had Josh Allen, but he also had a bad WR room in Buffalo, so I really can’t tell how good, okay, or bad he actually is.

McBride would be the best weapon Joe Brady has ever had & Wilson would be the 3rd best behind DJ Moore.
I think like most of the candidates, Brady has some things to like and some valid concerns.

I want to resurrect a retired vet and hire this guy as our next coach. You can't go wrong with "Washington, Washington." Fans will dig his gallant stroll. He invented cocaine. He's got a wig for his wig and a brain for his heart. He also killed his sensei in a duel and never said why. Plays good defense, so the English say? What about you, @BritCard? Is that last loss too painful for you?

See this is where these idiots on the internet who pretend to be reporters get it wrong. His clickbait title says

"Sean McDermott Not Interested in 2 NFL Head Coaching Job: Report"

And his click bait X post says this:

"Former Bills coach Sean McDermott has closed the door on two head-coaching openings, showing no interest in the Raiders or Cardinals jobs."

Watch the actual interview with Tom here:

xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media

Tom is just expressing his own opinion and nowhere does he say McDermott isn't interested:

“If we talk about where could Sean McDermott potentially land next, it doesn’t make a ton of sense for him to go into a total rebuild,” Pelissero said on “The Rich Eisen Show.”

“He’s 51 years old. He’s been there every year, been in the playoffs, every season here in recent years. I don’t really see him [saying], ‘I’m gonna go to Arizona, or I’m gonna go to Las Vegas.’

Oh and Screw Tom for saying that McDermott is old at 51 and not wanting to go to a rebuild like he only has a couple of years left in him. He doesn't hit retirement age for another decade! I'm 52 and take offense to that! LOL
