Kobe Bryant making the team again is such a joke.

Did Grant Hill deserve it over James, Garnett, Iguodala? I'd say no, Noah is questionable.

Josh Smith is the bigger snub.

Yes. He guarded the best player on the opposing team every night from PG to PF - ask Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, or Kevin Durant if Grant Hill should be on that list. He was a superstar on defense last season, and this is total ********.

Agree 100%. Nobody in the league got tougher defensive assignments night in and night out than Grant Hill.

NBA All Defensive Team
Rajon Rondo, Celtics
Joakim Noah, Bulls

I'll take these two guys please.....with that i could build a championship caliber team in 2 years here in PHX. :)

Sad that we could have almost had both. We drafted Rondo and we had the Hawks lottery top 3 protected pick in the Noah draft. The Hawks don't move up to 3rd and we probably would have taken Noah with the fourth pick.

One would like to think so, but considering the Suns infatuation with PG's they probably would've drafted Mike Conley Jr instead....or worse they would've drafted the "other" bigman" in that draft.....Yi Jianlian.

How much fun would it be to go shopping for some scorers to put around Rondo and Noah?
Throw in current Suns role players like Duds/Frye.....go get a PF with a post-up game.....an athletic SF who can create a shot.....and a 2-guard that loves to score.

Ahhh...one can dream.:)

Putting Kobe on the all Defensive team would be like putting Howard on an all Offensive team.

All the talk I remember at the time was that we liked Noah.

He really deserved to be on one of the teams. Well, you'll make it next season, Mr. Hill!

it was surprising Hill didn't get voted even on the 2nd team.
tsk tsk
He probably would have if Joakim Noah, the Bulls center, hadn't been chosen as 2nd team Forward.

Just as the Suns named Amar'e a Center, where there was less All Star competition than at Forward.

What goes around comes around.

How appropriate that the Bulls Center was in the running at a lighter position, while the Suns Power Forward was in the running at a heavier position.
