Sorry I had to get that off my chest. There are not many of you have that been banned so let tell me you all something. Man it sucks. I thought my head was going to explode reading some of the posts and wanting to respond to them. Especially with all the action that has taken place this week.

Alas all good comes to those who have the opportunity to watch. After reading so many posts that were just so grossly uninformed or out in left field I want to commend a few posters who REALLY understand the NFL and how it works and every time I see a new post of yours I go read the thread. Joeschmo, Russ, Ouchie/Cheese, MD, JTS, PA, Stout, SLANDIRAC, Donald, Abomb, DJ, Pariah, Shane, Spck, Shogun, Gollin, Cgolden, Gee, and others I am probably forgetting – You guys are awesome.

I might not always agree with you but you have a great understanding of the NFL and the Cards especially. After reading so many threads/posts detailing “Lets trade for this FA” or “why would we trade only two spots in the draft?” or those who want to bring in OC’s who make no sense or want to trade for 30 year old RB’s and ESPECIALLY all the people who take the Boldin stuff so personally and want to ship him to Siberia but never –ever to someone in the NFC (like getting the best deal out of division isn’t the most important thing) - I wanted to respond so bad I thought I was going to explode. There are going to be so many new comers coming to this board in the coming months (after the SB) adding crazy ideas so thank you all for keeping it real and please don’t ever go.

Mitch – Special shout out to you bud (although I didn’t agree with your calling out JTS). I definitely miss the boat with a lot of your opinions (Trade Leinart with no back up? St Pierre for Prez?) but you are impassioned and for the most part have reasoning behind your thinking. Although I am not sure how you justify trading Leinart with Warner’s injury history but I digress. Opposite view points are the point of this board and if anything you bring about discussion.

I am not coming down on anyone in particular. I just wanted to recognize those whose contributions are outstanding from what I saw after a week of reading.

Welcome back. I was banned for making lewd jokes about the Viking TE's size large shlong captured in that youtube video. Just wanted to see if the rules were being applied evenly to all.

They were. That Brit had the gall to zap my ASFN posting access for a while. It sucks being banned.

i think i was banned once for a day to cool down, but don't remember it clearly. usually after i've fired away a doozy i have the ability to calm down, return to edit the post back to a modicum of decency.

i enjoyed your take on having to sit on the sidelines and watch. makes sense that it gives you a different appreciation (even if you did lump my bro and me together! BASTARD! i keed, i keed).

now cheese . . . . he's well acquainted with the pain you suffered.

Welcome back AF. I agree with you whole heartedly. Sometimes I actually scream at the computer as if the person was sitting there next to me.
One thing I always try to keep in mind is if somebody is taking the time to express their point of view at least you know it's coming from the heart of another Cardinal fan.
You are right on your opinion of the new fans that will be joining us. The more the merrier.

I've always found that if you engage your brain before you start typing, you'll get a result you can live with. Either that or type out what's really on your mind, read it two or three times and then delete it before you hit the "submit reply" button. You get it off your chest without alienating the person you are upset with.

Skkorp, your main problem (as is mine) is that you are an excrement manipulator who just can't pass up the chance to gouge someone who has exposed their short fuse. Light it and watch the fireworks go off.

I've never been banned before and sometimes that surprises me. I sometimes say things I think are going to result in a banning.

When ASFN started putting ads and banners on the site I had an ad for Best Buy and Vagisil in my signature to mock it. I guess I'm just over looked
