My questions for the season

Every RB in the league knows they will spend the last few years of their career bouncing from team to team.

I hink we signed Allgeir before we had decided to draft Love. Just a guess but I think they planned on going OL or defense when they signed him but after evaluating all the guys came to the conclusion that Love was by far the best player on the board when we picked so they took him

They did..they signed dude in the first day or so of free agency

No I am saying when we signed him we were not planning to draft Love. But after doing ou homework that plan changed.

I would think you could run 20 or 21 personnel in this offense and get multiple backs on the field at once. MLF has said repeatedly they did not intend to do 11 personnel it just ended up fitting their roster. I think you could do something really creative with a RB room this deep, at least on some packages.

Understand where you're coming from. But, go back one year's injuries. We are due some luck from the FB gods.

we'd need an o-line to run 20 personnel - meaning we can't run 20 personnel - plus we have mcbride

First thing to remember is that this year our QB is TALLER. All the previous stats are valid but, this year is not last year. And yes, JB isn't the future, but he proved he could pass the ball. Everything is on the table, passes to TE's, WR's and RB's out of the backfield.
The only real question is MHJ, JB had good timing with him temporarily. So is it just a timing thing that may be resolved or his hands?

I think the point is, Tip is more than just a blocking TE...his college offense didn't provide a lot of opportunities but he caught everything thrown his way.. he is a legit all around TE...
Whereas, as much as we love Higgy Bear, he is one dimensional

No, Tip isn't anything more than just a blocking TE. He isn't anything approaching a legit all around TE. Not his game.
