This won't drive people off of the streaming service at all. Last thing I want is for a CNN banner, or any banner, to pop up while I'm watching something.

They could raise their prices by a thousand percent. They could start showing ads no matter the plan. They could switch the video resolution to 280P. They could offer only the Belarusian audio track for all films and tv shows. They could colorize all films in shades of pink. I offer these as an alternative approach to Max if they are deadset on driving away their audience.
