According to the NFL Network, Harrison signing his contract also puts him in the NFLPA licensing agreement, which would allow for his jerseys to be sold. Previously, that had not been possible since Harrison had not signed the NFLPA agreement on his own.

Looks like that situation was just resolved, possibly.
