This apparently is the wiggle room.So now the question is how much negotiating space does he have with his Cardinal contract. I know the total amount is slotted, however can they get into a pissing contest on guaranteed amount or value of contract for each year, etc.

The first round last year all got 100% guaranteed deal, well at least the 20 players I checked did. Here is Will Anderson from last year since he was the first non QB to go.
Shouldn't be an issue.
Number 26 last year all got 100% guaranteed last year too. I went with him over #27 since Mazi is a DT.
