Looking for 4 tickets for my nephew's family for Green Bay game

I looked on the AZ Cardinals website. They sell NFL ticket exchange there. The cheapest set of 4 are $312 each and are located in section 423, row 19 in the upper deck near the north end zone.
On Stubhub the cheapest set of 4 are $304.99 each in section 433, row 18 in the upper deck also near the north end zone.

Crazy but these are the best prices on there.
