Right decision. Now, Jacoby needs to stop freaking out on his 4th quarter passes and throwing dirt balls. Clean that up, and he'll do just fine.

Fire Petzig, btw.
I think the most impressive thing is he Brissett was under a bit of duress a lot to go along with 5 sacks. Many times he was throwing the ball with a defensive player closing in on him. When he has time he is throwing it very good.

I assume Indy will either extend or franchise Jones. Not a great list.

Realistically, we probably just extend Jacoby Brissett and then draft someone. Kyler would ironically be the best QB on the market for most fanbases, but we have to stop running it back with the guy. He's getting old enough for it to be a problem where his legs might not be able to bail him out anymore either.

Cards will stick with brissett next year and draft a QB. In 2027 names like Mayfield, Young, Mac Jones and CJ stroud are scheduled to be FA

KM's foot has apparently been diagnosed as a 4-8 week recovery. Not rushing him back, by any means.
When does this 4 to 8 week recovery time frame start from? Is it from around when Murray missed his first game, now, or some other time?

I am in the camp of giving Petzing the rest of the season to run his offense with a journeyman NFL backup QB who better fits his system than Kyler. The bloodlust for Petzing's scalp is premature.

Any objective observer has to admit the offense has looked better the last three games even without its top two RBs and with a suboptimal offensive line.

Wow so if the Kyler era is over and he didn't get traded then that probably means no other team wanted him. So what do the Cards do with him? Are they stuck with paying him all that money to sit on the bench all the way through next season??

No other team wanted him at that price this year.
