Chicago for sure is a good match. They don't have a primary scorer to build around. They just drafted a young guy who could be that in Caleb Wilson, and they signed Norman Powell. Supposedly, they want to move Josh Giddey so they can get Coby White back in the lineup as a more athletic PG, as they are trying to build a team that is high flying and athletically oriented.

So, a Green for Giddey type of trade would work well for both teams. The Suns need a floor leader who can play a more half court oriented game, and the Bulls are moving towards a more explosive profile lineup. Plus, the contracts also line up nearly perfectly.

We'll have to see if they can both stay healthy.

It may work, if we can defend the paint and rebound. Jalen can hit big shots, something we have sorely lacked in a number of playoffs.

The lineup of Brooks, Williams, Booker and Green really never had a chance to gel with all of the injuries.

They don't list total attempts on BBRef but he ranks #38 in FG% from that draft at 42.2% and 25 in 3pt% at 33.9%. Neither is worth his salary and he'll need to improve a good bit of he wants an extension

Also, you can't compare shooting percentage of a guard to a big man like Senguin. They don't compare.

Depends on the money. I really hope they don't give him a max extension. He's eligible to sign a 4 year $240 million dollar deal in October, the anniversary of his last contract. The first year would be $50.7m with 8% raises, ending at $66m. He's not worth that.

If we can retain him somewhere around $25-30 million then I'd be fine with that. It wouldn't cripple us if he does improve and should be traceable, especially if there are player options or non guaranteed salary.

People can say what they want about Book and his salary but I don't think anyone would argue Green is worth the same money as him annually.

I can’t imagine they are even considering a max extension. Right now they are still trying to determine if they want him on this team.

If Luka couldn't get the max from Dallas, it really makes you wonder. He was arguably one of those guys you would pay, and yet Dallas really thought about it hard, and said no.

It's sad. The (old) Bullets were one of the marquee franchises when I first started following the league as a kid. Now it's going on almost 50 years of them being a punchline.

As a sidebar, I know "Bullets'" probably wasn't the most ideal team identity ever, but changing it to "Wizards" and then adopting that possibly lamest ever logo sure didn't help.

They have had short runs like when they had Arenas, Larry Hughes, and Antwaun Jamison. Then again briefly with Wall and Beal. They cant stay healthy and they just added 2 chronic injury cases in Trae Young and Anthony Davis. Sarr and Dybantas should be a good pair but I can't see them staying in Washington.

I can't believe we're almost 30 years of the Wizards now, changing in 97.

I thought they changed it after/in response to the DC Sniper but that was 2002. The other finalists were actually worse than the Wizards. They were the Dragons, Express, Stallions, and Sea Dogs. Had the Internet been bigger at the time then I'd believe it was a troll campaign to get 5 awful names. Even MJ couldn't make the Wizards moniker cool though, which says something.
