I dont remember seeing guys look like their in that much pain with inability to walk after pulling a hammy. Im def concerned
Yeah but hamstring injuries aren't all created equal, not even within the grades. At least it appears to be no worse than a grade two but considering this is at least his 3rd time reaggravativing his hamstring this year they are likely to use even more caution than usual.

if we're winning and developing let that hammy heal - then let it heal some more

Yeah. I really had no expectations about him until his first game with us, I'd hate to see that player not have a chance to show up for us again. And I loved the fact he's staying tight with the team despite the injury.

I heard it's going to be more like 6 to 8 weeks from some on the radio but no matter how long I just want him to be healthy. I know it was a short sample size of one game but if that guy can score anywhere close to that night in and night out? All the doom and gloom we have no assets talk might be moot because that guy is going to be a steal. Draft prospects are a slot machine.

Green seems to be a great teammate.

Too bad about the injury because covering both Booker and Green could drive an opposing defense crazy. Especially since the Suns have other players that can shoot and score as well.

I totally forgot Green didn't go to college, he was the highest selected G-League Ignite prospect. He was the #2 pick in 2021 draft. Cade went #1 that year. Jalen doesnt have injury history either as he was #1 in his class for game's played before this season started of all 60 selections. He was surpassed by Davion Mitchell but is still #2 with 309 games, which averages out to 77 games a year and has over 1000 more minutes than Scottie Barnes, who is #2, despite the injury. I thought he was a little older but he doesn't turn 24 until February 2026. He's #2 in points as well, also behind Cade.

I know G-League isn't NBA but that is certainly comparable to NCAA in terms of competition and maturing. Here's a good highlight reel I liked of his best plays entering the league. Can't wait until he's healthy. He's got handles and finishes well. He's a streaky shooter but he could be the combo guard we've wanted to pair with Book for a long time now.

It's only been 2.5 weeks since. Hoping for a proper recovery this time.
