A few years ago, I would have said Paul Walker, but out of respect, I guess currently I'd say Adam Sandler. Hasn't put together a good movie in years and a good performance since at least Punch Drunk Love, and there really weren't any good performances before that.

I've heard his latest movies have been quite good. And he was very good in the Lost City of Z. I haven't seen it, but he got raves for his movie "Good Time". I believe he got some props for Cosmopolis as well.
