Isn't Vikings his favorite team growing up? That's a pretty big incentive. I think A.J. Brown is the same with the Pats. I would love to play for the Cards over any other team. Although at a certain point for some athletes it's just a job.

Anyhow, I would be stunned if Kyler didn't win the starting job.

Yeah I have no idea it's been widely reported but I have no clue if it's true.

I fully expect Kyler will win the QB job easily unless he's hurt

Jefferson was asked about it and said he didn't actually care, didn't play favorites, he is working with both of them and building chemistry etc.

My gut says they probably want to try and trade JJ and are using this QB competition as an atempt to convince someone else to trade for him
