This is a tough one, it's much easier to harp on how bad a male actor is than a female one.

I'll go with Tara Reid.

Honorable Mentions:
Madonna
Rosie O'Donnell
Tori Spelling
Olson Twins
Amanda Bynes
Lindsey Lohan

Not exactly hard to come up with that list.

Sandra Bullock.
My wife would have a fit if she knew that I typed this, but I just can't stand her. In anything.

I am sure she is a lovely person - but her acting is fingernails on a chalkboard to me.

Count me in as one of the fans that couldn't figure out why Dudley Moore would give her a moment's thought when he had Julie Andrews waiting for him. I love beautiful as much as the next person but I'll take a decent looking smart woman over a vapid one even if the girl looks like she just stepped out of the magazine centerfold. For many of us, Julie was the 10. I know Bo was in other movies but I wisely avoided most of them. Holy Schnikes she was a weak actress.

As much as I can't stand Rosie O'Donnell now, once upon a time she was a very funny lady. Her "paint my house" line in Exit to Eden is one of the funniest movie lines in history.
