Eastwood in Unforgiven.
Denzel in Man on Fire

Always thought Berenger was better in Platoon.

What was someone thinking when they cast him in that role lol?
Keanu definitely wanted to branch out, no question. So why not? He didn't force his way into the movie. He wasn't good in it, but he didn't really hurt it much. I still love the film.

What was that sappy movie he did when he played a travelling candy salesman who had to pretend to be married to that Mexican girl who's family owned the vineyard? Anthony Quinn was in that. A Walk in the Clouds or something like that.

It was sappy but watchable. Everybody always knocks his acting but I dare anyone to watch I Love You to Death and tell me he didn't act circles around William Hurt.

He wouldn't be my first choice either, probably not my 1,000th choice. He doesn't have the widest of range but I think he does a solid job with roles in his wheel house.

Robert DeNiro - Midnight Run.

LOL Midnight Run makes me laugh because I lived in Globe as a kid, and let me tell you our little town was buzzing for that movie to come out.

MIDNIGHT RUN! FILMED HERE IN GLOBE! It was like the biggest thing that ever happened.
